Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal information the condosphere.ca website collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. It covers the website only; the CondoSphere application will have its own policy.
Who we are
The condosphere.ca website is operated by Solutions Softimum inc., which develops CondoSphere.
What the website collects
The website itself collects nothing: it sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool and loads no third-party service. As with any website, the host processes your device's IP address while sending you the pages.
Information reaches us only if you write to us, for example with the "Get notified at launch" button. The email then contains what you choose to put in it: your email address and, if you include them, your name, your role and the number of units in your condominium.
Why
We use this information to answer you and to notify you when CondoSphere launches, for no other purpose. We do not sell it and do not share it with any third party, except the providers of our email service: Porkbun, which forwards the emails sent to condosphere.ca, and Google (Gmail), which stores them for us.
By writing to us, you consent to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
How long
We keep your emails until CondoSphere launches, then twelve months for follow-up, or until you ask to be removed from our contacts if that comes first. They are then destroyed.
Where
Your emails go through the Porkbun forwarding service and are stored in Gmail (Google), and the pages of the website are served by a cloud host. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Québec.
Who has access
Only the people at Solutions Softimum inc. who answer emails have access to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
Person in charge of personal information
The president of Solutions Softimum inc. is in charge of protecting personal information. For any question or request, write to:
Complaints
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its date.
